I just bought a Toshiba Satellite4000 CDS and a game called ToonStruck. What are some fun games from the late 90s/early 2000s? I want those big booba rom brainrot games, puzzles, etc...
>>11895932You should be set with just Toonstruck.
>>11895379 (OP)>big booba + puzzlesLeisure Suit Larry: Love For Sail
>>11895379 (OP)>Toshiba Satellite4000 CDSYour thread is aiming for more adventure games, but I would always suggest Crusader: No Remorse and No Regret for anyone rocking an older PC. controls might be a hurdle at first, but it's worth it.

Honestly most point & clicks made in the late 80s through late 90s are good even some of the busted ones.
Assuming you already know to check Lucasarts (Monkey Island, Loom, Fate of Atlantis, Sam & Max, Grim Fandango etc) and Sierra Online (Gabriel Knight, Quest for Glory, Freddy Pharkas, King's Quest, Leisuire Suit Larry, Psace Quest, Conquests of Camelot, Laura Bow etc) then here's a few random good ones from other companies:
Broken Sword series
Simon the Sorcerer series
Tex Murphy series
Callahan's Crosstime Saloon
Discworld series
Sherlock Holmes and the Case of the Rose Tattoo
The Legend of Kyrandia series
Azrael's Tear
Sanitarium
The Pink Panther: Passport to Peril & Hokus Pokus Pink
Shadow of the Comet
Eric the Unready
Blade Runner
Willy Beamish
Daughter of Serpents
Cosmology of Kyoto
Realms of the Haunting
The Last Express
The Feeble Files
>>11895379 (OP)>big booba rom brainrotnot sure exactly what you mean by that so imma interpret it using free association
The Daedalus Encounter
Burn Cycle
the Tex Murphy games
Black Dahlia
Microsoft Encarta
Phantasmagoria
Star Wars: Rebel Assault
11th Hour
Wing Commander 3 and 4
Voyeur
>>11895379 (OP)>a game called ToonStruckIt's one of the best if you like that sort of genre, though it's pretty hard (just not soft-locky like a Sierra game).
In terms of stuff that's harder to play these days, I'd go with Redguard as a pick. It seems to really not like modern systems, it runs, but really poorly. It might work better with your setup (assuming you're on Win 98?)
