I don’t get it. Even the old head Warner brothers cartoons like Scooby and Flintstones got treated a lot better well into the 2000s.

I've never gotten the fascination with flash games. They were games you played on lunch break at school.

I don't think he's just talking about flash games. If anything, I remember enjoying cartoon networks flash games a lot more than other websites. Their console games were hot fuckin garbage though.

Cartoon Network has some kick ass flash games even into the early 2010s. When it came to the big budget shit it was either non existent or crap

It was probably a timing thing. Nicktoon didn't really get the greatest games either, the timeframe to get good quality licensed western cartoon games was late 80s/early 90s.
Flintstones and Jetsons got good games by Taito, which is what I would consider core classic-era CN shows but it would have been cool to get some other games from shows such as Herculoids (imagine a Capcom beat em up), or Wait Til Your Father Gets Home (a wacky beat em up ala Simpsons arcade would be very funny).
Or even more platformers from Taito adapting shows like Huckleberry Hound or Loopy the wolf.

op didn't mentioned flash games though. CN games on consoles were complete crap, including the ps2 games.

Maybe but even Nicktoons got some ok stuff during late 5th gen and early 6th gen. Rugrats PS1 and some of the SpongeBob and Jimmy Neutron games were fun. Powerpuff Girls had 7 games and they all seem to suck

Disney only has good games because you lumping core disney games with Disney channel games. Your message makes it sound like you're talking about shit from the tv channel specifically and not the brand as a whole. If we're going by Disney channel games specifically, a lot of it is shovelware actually.

I sat through some weekends with a lot of trash rentals, but I remember turning on the n64 PPG game and then proceeding to turn it off about 5 minutes later never to touch it until the return date. As children we can over look short comings, but this was one of the few games that I could not look past how clunky and ugly it was. It almost woke something up inside me. Not All Games Are Redeemable. I will not be fooled again.
