Very minor.
Making 3D art assets is quite possibly the most retarded thing you can do because the results will shit, incredibly unoptimized, not made with proper procedures for good dev pipelines, etc. etc. etc.
You also need an artist to do cleanup on all of these assets, which usually take about the same time as if they made it themselves, except the end result is worse.
This is not even touching on how you can't directly communicate with AI, which is extremely important for game dev to do.
The only people that think it's a good idea to use AI for it are clueless execs that thing it's a way to cut down on development costs.
