Have any of you zoners been doing any fun builds lately? Do you think some builds will become unviable in Infusion with the different mechanics?

Doing the Expedition DLC with my psi monk build is a real bitch, what the hell are the service bots made out of anyway, how are they way more durable than the robots in underrail?

I actually killed the one outside the Nexus building mainly relying on double telekinetic punches.

Started a psychosis build on dominating with Psychokinesis and TK but I'm still at depot A. Need to get back to it so I can finally play through heavy duty

chainsword and ar versatility is fun. plasma beam also fun. now i'm playing mt sniper, even though i'm not a huge fan of snipers. gotta try everything.

You can do a bit of trick shots in Underrail where some walls are ignored through corners and also certain psionic abilities do that, like Electrokinesis or TK Proxy. I'd like to see how the physics of this engine play here, with height taken into account and all. Probably Throwing attacks will be what I'll be looking forward the most.
With that said, I hope none of the weapons get cut from the game, especially the more tribal ones like spears or laying traps later in development.

this game is boring as fuck.

It doesn't make sense how enemies stop fighting each other immediately as soon as enrage wears off. Its not like the other guys who weren't mindraped would know that their buddy is under a psi effect.

I have many fun builds with many different weapons, and sometimes I get the urge to play, but I can't. It's just going through the motions, especially after depot. It's not even comfy, it's just boring.
Anyway, I imagine mostly anything will be viable again in infusion, just probably going to have to have more varied solutions in hand.
Like having low con and will getting punished more heavily, so maybe have to account for that one way or another etc.

From the first entry onto the worldmap - up is map's edge, left is Supermutant encounters, down are raiders right are rats and slow radscorpions. You go right to SS and V15 and get equipment to handle south. Then you get to Hub and the map opens up as you establish your build. Underrail does exactly the same thing yet it's somehow not okay. Both games railroad the first playthrough but because it's not done by Tim Gay it's a bad thing, yeh.

You can literally blow up the military base, kill Master and skip all of the water chip if you want to (and are skilled enough, so you will never manage to do it yourself, but real human beings can do it). This is what freedom is. There are just two main objectives you can do however you wish to do and whenever you wish to do them (water chip not included).

Serbian shithole simulator forces you to do follow MUH OC DONUT STEEL progression gates. Fallout only filters skill-less children.
