ive worked as operations for mostly manufacturing for over 2 decades now, straight out of high school. ive also been heavily invested in trading (dad educated me) so i could retire at any moment with a net worth of ~18mil. not superstar status but putting it out there for reference. i deal with a lot of private equity, m&a groups, ceos etc. 75% of them are WASPs. you may have the odd minority at top but generally its some soul sucking whites. sure entertainment and media will be a little different but look at who is really running them (bolloré group etc). its just a peasant diversion to blame the dei patsy.
