Yes pure mage is one of the worst builds for someone new. Just battlemage but more focused on battle and use the weapon you put in your major skills or you'll miss 90% of the time.
But anyway you're not gonna take any advice and do the same shit again next year and shit on the game again without changing anything

Cliff racers are a broad in-game hint that you need missile capability.
You can actually throw daggers at things in Morrowind, which is fun. But I think a Destruction spell would be best, if it suits your build.

Good advice, I did the same but Nord for the most part; once I found my first Silver Claymore the game was basically over (and Silver was just needed because Steel and Iron wouldn't hurt ghosts).

Yeah but the Cliff Racers hitbox is really wonky, with bows you have to aim the middle of their tails IIRC to drop them.

A redguard warrior is a foolproof character. Their racial power lets you beat anything from level 1.

Not wrong, just dyslexia. 200 gold is the money on the body, 500 gold is the reward for killing Foryn. You skip a couple of journal entries, but you can justify it without meta gaming by looking at the tax record and seeing that Foryn owes the most money without having paid it. Fucking sue me.

If OP wanted things convenient, he only needs Creeper and doesn't need to sell anything to the Mages Guild. But I'm pretty sure it only effects the specific items you steal.
