You didn't mention Icewind Dale, both 1 and 2 are good. I like Might and Magic 6 and 7, mostly nostalgia, but they have some charm. I also don't care what anyone says, 2077 was fun. Shit opinion, I know, but I dig the setting and will suffer quite a bit for some good immersion. I've played most everything else people mentioned in here, I wouldn't really recommend any of it personally. Games like NWN were ok for the time, coming out of BG and IWD, but they don't hold up anymore and I have zero interest in replaying most of this shit. You might be in a similar situation to me with nothing worth caring about these days. I mostly just play CK3 and make my own stories.

My problem with roguelikes is that they are essentially wiki games with RNG. It comes down to you doing multiple runs, learning more about the metagame from your experiences, but primarily the wiki and forums and eventually your winrate chance will be high enough that you will be able to win despite most RNG rolls.
You could probably replace every roguelike with a quiz of 100 multiple choice questions on game mechanics, and a button that uses your score as the probability to display a 'You Win!' text.
I'm also not autistic enough to care about winning with "challenge races"/"challenge kits" or whatever. I'd rather work than do that.
