Mega Man RPGs in general would be fucking great. A nice turn-based with some special mechanics, upgrades to your robots, special equipment, end-game super bosses, maybe a base building mechanic...

I never tried Battle Network but it looked okay.

They're fine if you think the combat looks fun.
2, 3, 5 and 6 are the best and you can honestly ignore 1 and 4. You'll pick up on story and character from 2 and onward just by reading a summary and playing the game. The narrative and gameplay improvements make 2 a better starting point.
