Heroe's Lore games. Completed 1 and 2 (named ZERO for some reason despite being a direct sequel) on J2ME based phones and 3 on android. Were quite fine despite being glorified grindfests.

Most of the 90s/00s interplay/bioware rpgs are available on mobile. BG, P:T, Icewind Dale, Neverwinter Nights, KOTOR. There's also Dagerfall, Morrowind, Arx Fatalis, Ultima Underworld ports on android. Wizardry and Ultima have android ports as well. IIRC, most of these were made for tablet screens, and are pretty wonky on 6 inch phone screens.

I've heard Fallout and Morrowind can be played. I would be interested in trying Baldurs Gate on a tablet.
