DE1 is the best, then it's a tie between DE:HR and DE:MD because the latter has better level design and gameplay, but is smaller in scope and unfinished.
Then in dead last is DE:IW. It's just the worst in terms of everything, from gameplay to music.

HR is much worse with all the offices

IW has like 6 slots for augments, most can be used for passives and still it feels like a full moveset
HR has a ton of useless progression fodder until you reach the good ones and the only gameplay you will be able to use it all in the end is an horde of not-zombies

Also, no mention of plot because everybody knows IW's goes crazy with it but HR (and MD) are basically unrelated to Deus Ex apart from Bob Page and Tong cameos

How is that any different from HR's "locked door has a breakable wall right next to it and the breakable wall has a computer nearby as well" ? Or remember that you just jump across the next balcony in China to get the item you need?
The core hr level design is the same " small solutions right next to each other", they just fill the res with useless open space like offices.

Nope, stealth is much worse in HR. The entire stealth experience in HR is just using vents and using convenient cover. And you have to use it because your normal crouch gives away a lot more than where you are stickied to a wall.
