Act 3 needs filling out, but they actually are filling it out. Act 2's been cleaned up a bit. Act 1 is a labor of love and makes you love the game and the creators.

I can't speak for much in the later game, but >>3810202 seems to be the msot popular opinion.

About 30 hours in;
>Combat
Fun, weighty, sometimes a little bit clunky if you're melee only but it's offset by how satisfying the kills are; cleaving through enemies with a big sword feels great.
>Story
Story and setting are both very cool. Lots of weird sinister spooky shit, to such a degree that some normalfag characters can almost feel out of place.

The world feels both very alien/strange but also very familiar. It's cool.
>Other stuff
Shit-tonne of other mechanics and stuff to do. Fishing, sketching cool vistas, digging up treasure, cooking, hunting, all sorts. The map is dense and full of cool things. Absolutely none of it feels like filler.

I would say it's definitely worth getting. Just take your time with it.

Did they change how the light - heavy armor system works?
Having it tied to the actual weight than the armor class without any benefit for staying in heavier weights didn't sit well with me when I played a pirated copy.

Started another playthrough the other day, went for a dual wielding melee build, before this I went with full magic build.
Game is okay, especially for it's price. Kind of buggy in some areas, and as others mentioned Act 3 felt empty and kind of unfinished. Still I had fun with it.

I find that difficult to believe.
