To play this game you unironically have to email some guy's Yahoo mail and he'll send you the physical CD. Supposedly SAS2 had been in the works for the past decade as well

You can get an external CD player that you can connect through USB if you really wanted to. They cost next to nothing, I got one last year for unrelated purposes and it was like $8.

I think that guy is working off outdated information
The game was sold on NWS but it's no longer on there. You would have to directly contact the developer and sort something out personally.
This is all I could find, it doesn't even MENTION the first game, just the unreleased sequel
