Noobtard here, excuse my ignorance, I recently started to learn about TNO lore and it doesn't make sense (to me).

So the Axis won but instead of having a Global Triumvirate (Germany, Italy and Japan), there are still existing a LOT of nations that form their own coalitions. Why?

It would make sense if at least all had some kind of far-rightish ideology (who is Hitler's true successor), but somehow there are still liberals, leftists, conservatives, etc. you could make the excuse "at least they're whites", but also still exist catholics (Iberia), jews and blacks (USA) in a world where aryan (pagan / goy white) supremacists WON, wtf?

Also, WHY non/anti-fascists and mediterranean fascists have always the lamest aesthetics, flags and ideologies/mechanics, while they NatSocs and Showas have the coolest? Again, in a world where Axis WON, you would think that even their archenemies (leftists, liberals, conservatives, etc) would 'IMPROVISE. ADAPT. OVERCOME.'
