Recommend me some good games to play during lunch, /vst/. Preferably turn based so that I don't need to pause between bites

Good recs. I played these except Solar Settlers, Slipways and Renowned Explorers, and of these only Slipways seems interesting. I do love Egypt: Old Kingdom. You have anything similar?

Interesting taste. I was half-trolling, thinking you'd get filtered.
>You have anything similar?
Similar to Slipways or Egypt: Old Kingdom, you mean? I'd say Slipways is thematically similar to Solar Settlers despite different gameplay, and I guess Against the Storm (I only played the demo). There's also the free Slipways Classic.
E:OK is rather unique, so I'll just drop some more simplistic recs: A Dark Room, Phantom Renaissance, Seedship, Slice & Dice, 80 Days.

You have some interesting taste as well, anon. In fact, the whole reason I created this thread is because Against the Storm was my lunch game and it ran it's course. So maybe Slipways is really the ideal choice. I played 80 Days and Seedship on launch and loved them. Apparently the Seedship guy launched a game on Steam, maybe I should check it out

Golden Krone Hotel, a bite sized traditional roguelike where you are an infected vampire hunter trying to kill the head vampire.
Ozymandia: Bronze Age Sim, condensed and hyper streamlined 4X game.

Conflict: Middle East Political Simulator.
Rounds are fast. It's turn based. Random seed generates a new political clusterfuck every new game so the replay value is good. Super small dos game so it's easily available abandonware and something that takes up 0 space on an office computer.
Downside: you can only play as Israel. :(
But on the upside you can war crime pretty hard so it's not like things are sugarcoated and idealized.

Do you want OP to get fired or something?

Op here, I'm retarded an should probably have mentioned that I work home office, so any game that's not too fast paced is fine. I just picked the Op image because I thought it was funny, and I'm planning to play during every meal, not just during lunch break

This one is kinda cool, if a little limited. Thanks

This Ozymandias seems a little too simple for me, but it reminded me that I have Old World on my library and I never played it
