I have this bug with aoe 2 making it all black and white. It works fine on the other computers (Win7 and Win10) but on my main it's look like this.
I have win 7 and GTX 1050 Ti it used to work fine. Can you help me Anons?

I started having the same issue out of nowhere a couple years ago on my Win 7 machine, unfortunately I couldn't find a cause or a fix for it back then. IIRC it happened at the same time to Star Wars Galactic Battlegrounds and some other games as well.

I figured that was my cue to finally install Windows 10. Everything started working properly after I did that.

It's a graphics driver issue. You may need to update or roll back depending on where you are at. NVidia drivers are notoriously bad at backwards compatability.
