>>2094972 (OP)Few thoughts on new AI lords
>NomadLow tier. Recruits Bedouin units exclusively, and not the more expensive ones. Quite aggresive, attacks early on, but never with enough troops to actually inflict any lasting damage as long as you're ready. The most interesting thing about him are his castles, or, more precisely the fact that he doesn't build castles. What he does is he puts walls here and there, but leaves massive openings in places where you'd expect a tower or a gate. I suppose it's in line with his nomad gimmick, but that dooms him to low tier, only slightly better than the Sultan. I also think he doesn't build wells
>JewelRichard Lionheart with some Bedouin units to spicy things up. Not much to say about her, really. Her castles are bit bigger than Richard's.
>SentinelThe Pig or the "small castle" variant of the Wolf, depending on the map. Relies on European units, but also recruits Bedouin destroyers and medics. His castles are cross shaped, and they look really cool, but other than that, not groundbreaking in any way. Competent, not quite the Wolf or Frederick, but definetely on par with the Pig, if not better
>KahinMixes and matches Bedouin and Arab units (mostly the archers). Plently of chapels and gallows around her castles, which are build with short walls. She's bit like the Caliph, but without swiftness and brutality to justify building very light defenses. Still, firmly mid tier. The most interesting lords from the new batch
The devs are clearly running out of ideas, as there's not much more you can do with Stronghold AI lords without giving them crippling gimmicks. Four more lords will be released this years, but I don't see it.
