Use 2 computers. One for safe websites, bank accounts, business, mail etc and another for dirty shit like this or... don't care at all like me. I never had any problems, just use trusted "providers" with good amount of happy users/seeders.

Believe it or not, torrent sites are (mostly) harmless. There are a few bad apples here and there but most torrent uploaders really frown upon freaks who try to fuck others' PCs with weird shit.

Gray areas of internet are the last bastion of true self-sustaining self-governance and regulation that was so emblematic of all of internet years ago and was utterly and mercilessly eradicated in normal spaces by governments and corporations.
In the end I don't even think governments really care about your safety, copyright laws or anything else other than there being a space where people are allowed to speak freely without their knowledge. In ten, twenty, thirty years I imagine everything will be held in an iron grip and we will remember the good old times with a tear in our eyes, times when we could share information, ideas, art and knowledge freely and without constraints of censorship or monetization.

It's never the end. Something else will take the internet's place if the worst happens.

Thanks for the advice, anon.
Currently I have not so much cash to invest in a second one (I mean, I want a good one to be able to play them with good graphics and fps).
