It's obvious what happened. Miko went on her hiatus and became close with Suisei who I think Miko did an event with just before she got sick. They became closer while Miko was on hiatus, Pekora got EXTREMELY jealous and most likely melted down about it in private. She then tried to move on with Moona. Miko came back and Pekora tried to hurt Miko with her new collab partner but Miko probably didn't care because her and Suisei were hitting it off and planning their own official collab partnership. Miko probably told Pekora this over that Christmas period and that was it. Pekora is a scorned ex bff. She got weird about MiComet and can't get over it. Doesn't help that every collab combination she tries doesn't last or have the spark she had with Miko.
