If it's a work issue, it wouldn't be a personal problem. But also, she's usually willing to allude to those as well.
If it's more body dysphoria, she has talked about that in the past. I dont think she would be unclear about it now.

1. Relationship. She's pulled a couple of friends that have drama. She's talked about relationships that she considered walking away from due to taxing her mental. Or it could be that she's finally acting on her "hot girl summer" and seeing somebody. Fuck if I know.
2. Work relationship. Essentially, yet another promise being unfulfilled. Be it another unexpected graduation giving her a case of the "goddammits", or a project getting an unfortunate delay, cancelation, or alteration, something may have come in unfulfilled. Maybe she's switching managers again and it's getting to her.
3. Residency issue. Something distracting and non-negligible regarding her ability to operate normally.
