I've watched people misunderstand, time and time again, why male vtubers are always trash, so here's the actual reason: it's because women are shit. Think about out, who cares about women's sports, who idolizes women authors, who obsesses over women creators? No one, not even women do that, because the overwhelming majority of success in these fields are always men, athletes like Ichiro and Lebron, writers like Tolkien and Asimov, and yes, streamers like Asmongold and Jerma.
And why is this? Because the only thing women have to offer is a pretty face and a retarded personality, constantly making stupid sounds like a tourette's addled anime waifu. Who the fuck wants to see a guy do that? The only things I want a guy to do is make 9 hour deep dive videos on the lore of 40k, show the process of him inventing new skateboard tricks, or make something cool in his machine shop. Stuff that causes most to women break out in hives.
So when guys succeed at streaming, it's because they actually achieved something, because they were able to fight against the adversity of being a boring loser and proved that they're worth my attention. Women are just cute, that's all. And when men rely on waifu shit to get by, it's gay. Even if they're straight, it's still spiritually gay. And more than once now, they've used their gayness as a disguise to try and get into some girls pants.

The entire reason to ever become a male vtuber is to get into different circles of vtuber girls so you can groom or fuck as many of them as you can. This is the ONLY reason to do so.

I can think of plenty of failed make Vtubers that dropped Vtubing all together because it's not a worthwhile endeavours to make money from.
They don't play into their keyfabe. They don't create unique content or worlds that they themselves participate in. They usually just game and chat and do react content slop.

While I think gaming is their strong suits it's often too mainstream. Pokemon. League of Legends, Rocket League, Call of Duty. Eldin Ring. Armored Core.
