3D editor that makes the choreography and lipsync decent appeared to be giving
clips and updates to assure Nyana that they would be done on the 14th.
Come the 14th Nyana was informed it was not ready, but assured it would be by 9PM. The editor got a friend to help them.
Nyana was okay keeping audiences waiting 15 to 30 min. At the 15min mark (~8k live viewers) she checked in again, panicking. Was told it would not be possible to finish it by the day.
Only 15/45 songs were 3D synced. At that point she decided to run with it as a pt1/2 deal. Her video editor needed another 30min to render the stuff.
Nyana got a 3rd 3D tech to work on the dances. She wants to see everything completed by Saturday. Otherwise she will postpone again.
She was able to negotiate a 50% discount.

These two incidents led her to do the 3D stuff all by herself for her first concert. She had to learn how to do it from scratch.

Apparently all the performances are skinned walked by Nyana herself.
Participating performers would send in audio mixes of their singing.
The dances are then 3D and lip synced.
Some portions may use MMD to fill in some parts. This seems like a last resort. Nyana would recapture the dances as many times as possible from multiple angles until she was happy.
