Their still not putting out a notice might be a new low for them but also it does to me make sense in the ultra cynical context of "they don't want to discuss it because reputational hit and it paints aster in a bad light and would stain him if they don't also fire him" ... But I think I might know the actual reason. It's because she alleged sexual harassment. if she is stating the situation factually i.e she legitimately filed a complaint with them, in the US or wherever she is firing someone in response to a SA complaint is considered retaliation by that employer - and is illegal. I dunno how they roll in Japan but you can't just fire someone to sweep a complaint under the rug and protect the perpetrator. I assume they may be similar actually - which is why they would do this weird thing where she is fired but not-really officially fired because there is no official/legal document of it.
