If anybody here had any ability to read, you would know that it isn't a rebrand, but a mascot for a freak/meat-inspired group.
Currently, we know that Denko is building this group, and we don't know who any of the members will be. Didn't Pamu herself say she wished she could be a part of a freak themed group?
Also, my personal take on the mascot, the only thing that is similar between the 2 is the jester-style hat, which is based on an existing character.
