Coyote, Milky Queen and Nyana will be in EN Gen 5.
Coyote and Milky Queen graduated a couple months ago. Both know Japanese and were living in Japan afaik. Coyote has a Fuwamoco nepo angle and previous JP corpo experience with KemoV, Milky Queen has a Calli nepo angle.
Nyana's recent graduation heavily implies Hololive because there's not many places she could be jumping to that would be both "the opportunity of a lifetime" and require her to retire her old identity. If it were VShojo or Phase, she'd be able to join as is. Hololive EN also has no Spanish speakers yet.
After the New York concert, at the end of August, the main EN channel will start dropping hints. Typical vaguepost videos of a fucking cube or something. After 3-4 weeks they'll drop the reveal video and the twitter accounts will be unleashed. One week after that they'll have their debut. The debuts will happen on the October 4th weekend, creating a comfortable gap between Myth's anniversary dates and EN 5.
My timeline could be off but if it's off it'll be later in the year. There's too many anniversaries in summer to early fall already. Justice is 5 weeks before Advent who is 3 weeks before Council who is 3 weeks before Myth.

Everything I wrote here was my own thoughts but I asked Grok just to see what it would suggest for another member and it mentioned that Tsuyahime was in the same group as Milky Queen and also stopped activities. Maybe that's the last member and they'll have a duo with already existing chemistry. She wasn't in my dream though so she isn't part of the prophecy.

Tsuya Hime hadn't streamed for over 2 years before coming back for their final stream before their group Mai Princess lost 2 of their 3 members, hereby dissolving. Tsuya went on hiatus due to surgery and was thought to be recovering until she could return but never did. Even her final 3D seemed to take everything she had just to function.
