They're definitely code. The dentist is clearly Cover but wisdom tooth is tricky but I think I've got it.
Wisdom implies someone smart but also wisdom teeth are a pain because they start to grow incorrectly and misalign the other teeth in this case the other talents. Mori's been smart to stick to Hololive because she's nothing without them and her growth has for better or worse cemented her place firmly. She has attempted to misalign talents in the past by convincing them to collab with the homos which has clearly done damage to Hololive as a whole.
So if I've interpreted the code correctly, and I believe I have, Cover (the dentist) has finally found a way to surgically remove Mori(the wisdom tooth) from the company (the mouth), which will be painful at first but will heal and be an overall good for 'oral health'.

I woke up from anesthesia in a chair confused with no recollection of anything. As soon as I remembered that I just had my wisdom teeth removed I started crying on the car ride home. Apparently I do this after every surgery I've had because I'm just so glad to still be alive.
