I genuinely just don't think Biboo is as good of a singer as FWMC.
She's not bottom tier at all, but I really do think her style carries by generally choosing songs where her ""loli"" voice kinda hides the fact she's not a great singer.
FWMC are really just very good singers, not top tier, but definitely on the higher side of the scale.
I should mention, I don't really consider anyone in EN currently to be a properly bad singer, even at the bottom they're acceptable at worst, Shiori, CC and GG are somewhat inconsistent but generally the range of how they sound is somewhere between "not terrible singer having fun with karaoke" and "actually decent to kinda good"
