The actual explanation for this is that these things are common on these streamer gta servers (most people here know the Matsuri one), and while you can criticize that on its' own, Kanae unfairly got most of the blame here when he didn't actually do anything, he just went along with what he knows is the dynamic between Ririmu and Fanta. He even made an apology video, while Fanta used the drama for content, and Ririmu told him not to change his streaming style.
In the end I think the actual issue is this trashy type of ''entertainment'' that jp fans love, but instead of trying to discuss this, people turned it into a targeted attack towards the guy who had the least involvement, and handled it the best out of them. Not to mention that it mostly spread among chinks, so the language barrier and not trying to understand the circumstances definitely didn't help the situation.
