Probably just didn't want to feel forced to do a bunch of sponsorships. She was one of the people who largely enjoyed being in Hololive for streaming with song and dance stuff on the side.
Chloe:
Most likely similar stuff as Aqua and the mandatory rehearsals were clearly fucking with her throat. People like to bring up the fact that she went right back to streaming but there's a huge difference between having total freedom to stream when you want as long as you want and doing stream shit on top of corporate obligations.
Shion:
Her family is a very stereotypical Asian family and they got in her head.
Fauna:
Hated leaving her pets behind especially since one of them had deteriorating health and even died somewhat soon after she graduated. Also very strong evidence that she had a falling out with Kronii(communication stopped almost entirely and she kicked Kronii out of the house.)
Mumei:
I honestly think her "disagreements with management" was just her way of backing up Gura and Fauna while she was on her way out. She never gave much indication that things were bad and if it wasn't for her throat getting ruined she likely would have stuck around. She made it pretty clear that she did not want to leave.
Gura:
It's honestly kind of hard to say because something definitely happened that completely soured her mood in 2022 but it's hard to have any sympathy for her because even her genmates(Kiara and Mori mostly, Ina more passively) were publicly vocal about the fact that it was often times very difficult to get a hold of Gura and she would ghost everyone - genmates and management included - for weeks at a time. I think the simplest explanation is that her laziness won over in the end and she lost the spark needed to stay corporate. If you're not willing to put in a high amount of effort you aren't getting shit in return from staff and that's not something Gura can sustain for a long period of time.
