That's probably the jew-tier thinking going on at cover.
But it's still not fair, because unlike every other gen, they haven't gotten any alternative live2d, any new year's kimonos, or any proper idol outfits and it's been 2 fucking years. They only have their alt 3D gen outfits. And Flowglow didn't even get a gen outfit.
So I hope Cover isn't going full miser mode and just never giving DEV_IS any new outfits.
