You have to understand that some people are capable enough to have an independent career, while others require managers and a safe corpo space to thrive. From recent HoloEN graduates I can safely say that for Dooby leaving the corpo was a mistake, she desperately needs a tard wrangler. Someone noticed a while ago that if you click on a random time in a vod of most of dooby's collabs, you'll rarely if ever hear her talking. She's usually quietly waiting to respond or just responding to other people's questions or comments.

Meanwhile, if you click a random spot on her doki collabs, it's about a 60-40 shot that Dooby is the one talking in that situation, usually chattering about stories, griefing doki, or generally taking the lead in most conversations.
I think she needs more friends who're actually into the same shit as her + entertaining rather than sticking to people that she likes but can't really keep up an entertaining conversation with (Henya, etc.) or have the same interests but are just overall boring (That VSPOen girl). Just better foils overall.

She clearly needs more collab practice at bare minimum, that's for sure.

I do give Dooby props for at least making an attempt to reach out and collab with new people, often through her raids. But she still is ultimately a shy personality who heavily relies on the collab partner to break the ice.

And yeah, I do agree that her Doki collabs have been great because they share a common interest in FPS games. Even in those, Doki is the one who does a lot of the talking at the beginning until Dooby shares the lead. So long as she keeps trying and has friends to fall back on for easy collab streams, she'll be fine.

If you want to make it as a general statement for all of HoloEN then sure that would make sense, but the original post I was responding to only pointed out those 4 as if they were different from most of EN. I'd say only CC is noticeably "good" at collabs and meshes well with almost anyone. GG can be very very good in collabs or very very bad (she just doesn't click with some people on stream).
