This was the first time they broke up.

Since they kept on talking because she begged him back, but the second time was the one he did not take her back would make sense since she's still on the US and on the 22nd, he was trying to kick her out the house, there's the Citrus shit and other stuff around these times. In fact, there's a conversation between them on the February 11th, which was a discussion (doc) which likely ended pretty badly since he talks about his exwife and comparing the two.
Around this time, Cinna and Froot were friends, according to the text she often got drunk, and one time (likely after that last part) vented to him and began being with the whole cheating. This would make sense considering the dates of the discord exchange between the two being in February 11th, the same day as their
Then like after, the two made up with Desych "willing to forgive her" while also saying about him cheating on his ex wife too, continued on until May where he said about the cheating part after their discussion of anal sex (probably) and how he was going to cheat on her if he didn't get what he wanted (which makes sense now in context, he knew about the cheating part and used it in his advantage) and the suicide bait. After that, probably he snapped and made public the cheating.

tl;dr whether there was cheating or not, their relationship sounds like a mess, and my only take away is that anal sex killed their relationship
