All Niji needs to do is to neither admit that they knew about Aster's sexpesting nor admit that they punished Twisty for complaining about him and also hope that nobody with receipts ever publishes them... EVER and they'll be able to officially keep their dirty little "secret" a secret, especially from the kind of people who'd be able to bonk the company for that secret.
It'll mean they can't blackscreen Twisty, though. Although arguably that already happened when the tape of her hate speech was leaked.
