If you knew how popular she is amongst JP vtubers you'd understand why she's still happy to be in Hololive. She's friends with everyone and all the biggest indies. Everyone praises her personality and looks. She was also the first member in the corpo's history to invite Sora to an off-collab. She contributes a lot to Hololive outside of it and is a mother to all the groomable new recruits. She knows her place as a whore and provides that service to fans without complaint. I'd be sad to see her go.

Her standards are insane, it's not only owning a hime, but owning a home in the most expensive city in the world, with parking and a car when most people use the highly reliable public transport Japan has. Owning a house is a rich person thing in Tokyo, moreso if you have enough money for parking and a car when the city is so dense, with a robust system that it's literally a luxury/flex to drive instead of take a train or bus.

She is 100% chasing a rich guy who will for some reason choose an aging, promiscuious female streamer when he could have anyone, especially when thos other people won't request they live in an entirely seperate home.

Choco is legit one of the most unhinged, delusional people when it comes to dating. Hololive is basically her second job where she has to do minimal work for significant passive income. I'm not surprised she hasn't left, as she's probably low cost for Cover to keep around. Even with Cover's history of unreasonable contracts, she likely isn't asked for enough commitment to make the contract less beneficial for her than not having it at all. Same reason Gura spent 2 years doing nearly nothing; you have to think about those two years, not the fact she eventually did leave: the contract clearly satisfied both.
