Is Stellar Blade supposed to be the first Fanservice filled Hack n Slash? Its always talked about like Senran Kagura, Bayonetta, OCB and that PS3 chainsaw girl game don't exist. The discourse over the game weird.

Stellar blade is like a 7/10 in terms of gameplay, there are better things in the genre than it, but it's far from bad and the controls are tight and story while unoriginal isn't bad either.
Nothing wrong with a decently good game, not everything needs to be a masterpiece.
If this was skinned any other IP, no one would have a problem the gameplay itself, they would probably even praise it.
Hell if it was a pokemon or nintendo game with this gameplay she'd shill the fuck out of it
