>>101909389He apologized to the shareholders for the "Negligible" paper, which was necessarily written by someone high enough in the company to write IR releases - which means definitely none of the EN livers, and almost certainly nobody in EN management. And the black screen was EXACTLY 15 minutes long, was scheduled at the last minute to start at the same time as Doki's first scheduled stream since returning, and was delayed a few minutes to match Doki's delay.
Also worth noting is that after the black screen but before Riku's "apology" video, Niji EN management published a tweet purporting to absolve themselves of any wrongdoing in sharing the docs Doki's lawyer sent to AC's lawyer with the livers and subsequently the general public. Their "logic" was that since Elira, Vox, and Ike were not the biological persons who physically signed the NDA with Doki's lawyer on the company's behalf, that somehow automatically means that it was okay for them to act as company spokespersons to publicly share information on the company's behalf which company representatives had promised in writing not to share with anyone who did not have a professional need to know. Hell, the literal title of the video is "A message from Nijisanji EN," that's how much they cared about the NDA.
If somehow Riku didn't know about the black screen before it aired, someone who answers directly to him did know. And chances are that this someone is still in the company.
>>101909091Nope, not at all. It's why Azki was curious about Japanese military bunkers in Indonesia when she had a Geoguesser collab with Ollie (who understood why Azki didn't know about that, and did not hold it against her)
