Illustrious, I think it's r3 mix or something like that. I find it's best to be either extremely specific with the pose and composition, or nothing at all beyond "giantess". It still struggles (but not as bad as before) with the interaction between the beeg subject and smaller person/building, so you'll have to do a lot of inpainting or imgtoimg.
