I ask this question because these days there's nothing that sets apart another chuuba from just some random guy streaming. If you don't bring anything unique to the table, I'm better off just watching someone else. What do you think?

A Vtuber loses that title once they do a body and/or face reveal. The reason for an avatar is because that is the character you're watching. Take that away with a photo or video of their physical assets and now its just a regular streamer that uses an avatar. Look at Froot when she did a face reveal, it was all compliment baiting. Same as Sinder doing cosplay and bouncing for the crowd.

The key differences are:

>makes an effort to separate virtual self from 3D self (no fleshposting besides rare handstreams, no real names, "real" accounts unlinked)
Honestly in a better world the latter would just be everyone online. I hate how quickly we went from separating 3D fron the internet to all these boomers and children posting their portraits and names.
