Two things:
1 - You need to know her height and weight to figure out her BMI. A pic of her gloved hands is far too little information to go by
2 - BMI is just a height/weight ratio, and is a piss-poor metric to determine whether or not someone is fat. Dwayne Johnson and Dave Bautista have BMIs of approximately "their blood type is KFC gravy"

Two things:
1 - OP asked for an estimate, not an exact figure. Assuming normal female fat distribution, you can estimate BMI from a single body part.
2 - OP is not asking us to determine if Leaflit is fat based on her BMI, he's asking us to determine her BMI based on her fat hands.

I take this back. I was under the impression that BMI worked by normalizing weight by scaling it to height. And apparently that was the intention but the person who came up with BMI was just retarded.
