Managment wants talents to either live in Japan or spend siginificant more time in Japan. The EN talents that have graduated recelntly did not want to do this. it is that simple

After the KroFau incident that killed Promise unity, management gave them an ultimatum that one of them would have to go. It was either her or Kronii. They took a vote of all of Promise and Myth to decide who stays. IRyS, Bae, Mori, and Ina voted to axe Fauna, which is why they were so awkward around her graduation. Mori felt bad about it and tried to soften the blow, she picked Kronii just to stand by her close friend, Fauna understood. Bae felt guilty, tried to double down at first with the "her leaving is a good thing" speech, then went full avoidant and had a mental breakdown over it that affects her to this day. Kiara was the sole member who voted to keep Fauna. Ame, Mumei, and Gura, who were also leaving, were not given a vote.

I have a personal rrat that management fucked over someone amidst the ones that left the branch since Ame left. And the others left with this one because they sided with her instead of management in the matter. I think it makes sense because the girls that left looked kinda close in the streams, resulting in a collective fall-off.

Ame was close to Gura.
Fauna was close to both Gura and Mumei.
Mumei and Gura had some streams together, but it's hard to say how close they really were.
