Can you anons explain to me? Because I find it hard to believe these 2 VTubers who founded VShojo together would end up like a divorced couple. Was Mousey the mastermind behind the changes in VShojo that Zen disliked? Or was it something more personal?

Because it is a white girl's club that they can't maintain, that's the problem. Even without froot being BPD like her mother the majority of them are complicit with college mean girls culture. Look at the Silvervale Harry hogshit debacle; Look at Nyanners and Vei's departure. And even then for what reason would someone want to be VShojo? Just to sponge some managerial staff until you can get on your feet from the corpo younleft?

If anything Mouse seemed to be the one displeased with VShojo's developments. She avoids NOVA like the plague and didn't hype up their debuts like other members. I think whatever happened between them isn't quite that. Maybe it was expected she abandon ship with Zen like Geega did? She made a tweet about standing her ground a few days before Zen's announcement.
Also I'm 90% sure Zen blocked her rather than Mouse unfollowing Zen otherwise she probably would've still replied to that tweet. She isn't shying away from mentioning Zen unlike a few of the remaining members. And Zen would have a menhera episode almost annually since the agency started where they would rant about not having friends and remove VShojo from their profile. On the other hand Mouse has been streaming significantly less and cancelling a lot of plans because of something happening in her private life. Ultimately it's between them and we really don't fucking know what happened.

From what I've heard from fans is it's more about practicality vs ideals.
Mouse wanted to focus more on getting vetted girls who've already proven themselves to be big and capable of earning money, while Zen was always trying to raise up unknowns like Geega or The Nova girls.

With what looks like the company cycling a lot of staff out, mouse's philosophy was probably right and they likely ran out of money and will have to downsize a bit. I'm not even looking at the girls who left, but more the staff. How many higher ups did they lose in a year?

I say management's problem with the following:

>"Talent Freedom" with less streaming availability. (i.e. Haruka, Hime, Froot)

With all of what I said, management is very short on their manpower, creativity, and capabilities in their workload.

Anon those WERE the college mean girls. They had a clique inside VShojo which consisted of the three of them and Mouse plus Snuffy, they called the group SNIVS which used the first letter of their names and Silver was the de facto leader. For several months up until they left Mouse had become isolated in VShojo, she kept trying to do unity collabs where no members would turn up including a New Years stream where she was only joined by indies. If you scroll through old vsj+ threads you might even find posts saying fucking Nijis were better friends to her than VShojos because they actually turned up for collabs and this was before all that drama hit. Suddenly after those three left other VShojo members were collabing with her again.
There was also some weird shit with Snuffy like her name being blocked in Silver's chat. Her and Mouse were close and hanging out constantly in the time frame mentioned above. But when the three left she started interacting with Silver and them again initially like she got let back into the fold while her collabs with Mouse ceased.

Ironically enough, VShojo's talent freedom means less power to the management and the company. Hell they even promoted themselves as simply "indie helpers" and "VShojo" was simply a badge on the shirt that talents can freely do whatever with it, including unpin it. But now I guess Gunrun wants to treat VShojo seriously that it can compete with the likes of Holo and Niji, though obviously it comes with a high cost

Zen and Mouse had a friendship build on mutual respect and admiration.
But from Zen perspective, this friend (who all signs point out to be Mouse) has been avoiding her intentionally with an unknown reason for a long time, often telling Zen that they are busy or sick to collab with (despite the fact said person still does stuff), and that everything is fine between them (it isn't). And Zen wanted to ask that person to see what's actually wrong, and if nothing can be done, just leave their friendship there. And that has been damaging Zen's mental. Also take to account that a week before, Zen had raided Mouse, who herself said "wanted to collab" with Zen.

After this talk, Zen would remove Mouse's VIP on Twitch 10 days later (on June 12th). And on the day, the announcement of her leaving VShojo, she likely blocked Ironmouse.

Firstly, NO. Zen did not leave VShojo for this.
All the talk previous to her subathon, and some issue on March, points out that Zen did put the plan of leaving back in March or May. The Subathon of June was meant to be a last hoorah for Zen on VShojo, and even opened up saying that the merch of it, would be the last merch for a while.

It is likely that Zen suspicion was true, Mouse was avoiding Zen for some reason. And thus, Zen didn't want anything to do with her anymore. Or Zen and Mouse had a disagreement on something (likely that Mouse sided with VShojo on Matara's firing, or the push over for the BBNO$ collab), and with what I just said, Zen wanted nothing to do with Mouse anymore.

The only reason why VShojo exist is Melody and she's the only thing connecting all the OGs. It was literally just her vanity project funded from e-whorebucks and she needed to drag her "friends" into it.
