I think there's signs your therapist is gonna get you nowhere but I don't think it's necessarily so clear cut it can be awhile to really reach the point of "this isn't really helping me" and then you're so fed up with the wasted time you're probably not trying again. Nino mentioned going through this before and how she's not considering therapy because of it, I think in one of the final streams she did.

other thing I've noticed is the behavior of "I don't want to bother my friends with my issues" coupled with the friends all shrugging and saying "I want to give her space" so they just end up isolated
it's the kind of thing you only see the absurdity of when you're outside of it all, but I've fallen for such patterns too

I guess I'm lucky because my oshi just needed to rest from working so much, I don't think she compares to the other situations. Sorry to the rest of you, hope she comes back eventually.
