Not sure how long they stopped talking about her, but there was something strange I noticed during the sankisei reaction stream of the new years countdown. When Gura shows up, none of the members comment about her, at all. At the time, I just found it strange, but didn't think much about it. In hindsight, they probably already knew that she was gonna leave soon.

Ash Again MV was selected by Gura for a reason but it was vague enough to avoid getting her in trouble with the Cover NDA. Even if some people aren't going to understand what Gura meant with the symbolism there are some hidden messages. That certain images in the MV were attached to certain lyrics was not coincidental even if that might not make sense at the moment.
