Through being godlike at games you can slowly see the person develop if they have an audience. The "interesting" person that is only good at talking will eventually lose steam with nothing else to rely on.

"God like gamer" for vtubing (and women) standards are very low. Being an "introvert" is also not a bad thing, there's an intended audience for that.
And what would "interesting chuuba" even be? I don't care that much about what the vtuber ate for breakfast or that she can do a backflip. Personally, how good she is doesn't matter, she just needs to show interest in what she's doing.
