Because Sora has been trained way before she debuted. Most of the problems that Holos have with their throat is due to poor technique and bad breathing.
Sora knows her limits. She can sing opera and that strains the throat way more than Hatsune Miku songs.

Most people don't have or can't afford proper education in real music (classical) and has been trained since young age, most singer not just vtuber but in general are self-trained hax or taking lesson from "vocal teacher" and they don't know they have been singing the wrong way all the time until they fuck up their throat.
