I keep seeing all these things about how the exhollos will collab with exholos and be so close and whatever, but why? They don't work together anymore. They don't have anything to do with each other now that they're independent. Hell, Nimi and Dooby have virtually no chemistry and clam up whenever they're alone
There's absolutely nothing stopping them from just spreading out to new friends and groups, and if they wanted to collab with holos, they'd just have stayed in Holo.

I don't care who interacts with who. I never watch collabs.

>but why?
Cuz Holo (and Niji to existent) basically cracked the code with the whole "streamer collective with a shared fan base and ecosystem" so none of them can really go back to being totally 100% solo and are ostensibly just creating a Hololive-lite
It also goes without that saying that a lot of the vtuber community is filled with people who are unsavory at best and total mental-cases at worse and "new friends" comes with potential risk, which makes working people you've already known for several years this point more appealing

Based. Collabs are fucking lonely to watch because they always ignore the shit out of chat when the whole point of vtubing is for parasocialism. Collab enjoyers are normalfags in denial.
