I mean they’re both in charge of hyper-competent yet in some ways retarded talents. Talents who constantly seek each other out for work and private matters, and who are some times the only way to get through to the other (e.g. Miko cyberbullying Suisei into getting a case for her phone, or Suisei cornering Miko so she answers messages from her manager).

I wouldn’t be surprised if they worked as a team of managers for a unit instead of the individual talents from time to time.
