the real answer is a couple of people that the saba/nimi/dooby circle tried to get nepo hired into holo. When they were passed over for advent it was one of the staws that made them leave.
The reason Saba overlapped advent so much and refused to ever colab is because of how salty she was that they were chosen instead of her friends.
