In most cases yeah, but I don't think so in this one. Pretty sure pomu and fauna just were fans of each other. Selen looked up to Ame and did get a collab eventually, but it doesn't seem like they kept in touch after, especially after the termination.
Both Mint and Doki have talked about how shocked they were when Nimi/Dooby reached out to them and how they felt too small to even get noticed, which is interesting because usually it's them reaching out.
In a similar vein, I don't expect them to ever reach out to Saba and will probably either wait months or years for her to send a DM, or Dooby/Nimi somehow shuts them in a room together.

I kind of hope she does reach out to Doki if only because Doki's been a huge fan since Gura's debut and she'd probably turn into a squealing ball of embarrassment and happiness to get acknowledgement from her.
