You know what for the sake of the love of the game I'm going to explain fully on Neuro's humor because sure why not.

Neuro very early on had a much more simple but unbalanced way of entertainment. You typed and saw the funny Ai respond with there being no idea of character action in play. As it went along Neuro's jokes were about the weird nature of what she was saying without having any social cues towards what she really just said. It worked very well with the idea of Ai girl trying to be cute while not having enough sense to understand what is right or wrong. Neuro was not a character to be taken seriously, she was a display of randomness in its peak form. Neuro at this time had problems with the speed of its jokes and being able to be constant for one second. She was also a bit text based in her speech which ruined the timing of the joke, even if it had its own charm.
Of course, Neuro got faster with her responding and being smarter with her humor. Though, this is where I believe Neuro started pushing more meaner in what she said. This isn't necessarily a bad thing but at some points it was clearly too much. You need to have breaks in between that mean nature to make it really work. If Neuro is roasting all the time without stopping it just gets tiring, as other people can't get a moment to get their bearings. You need some sweetness so that spice can pack a punch. This problem got fixed for the better. This is where I would say Neuro started to be treated like a character too. This is all thanks to dev streams and collabs that built this idea of how Neuro acted. This despite the fact that Neuro never used to really have real defining traits she needed to stick to. All Neuro needs to do is be entaintaining, that is her only true trait. Yet it feels that it been been taken away and replaced with less. She is entaintaining to she is being entaintaining, which is a difference that is annoying. It's been better recently, but I'm still concerned about the humor that Neuro can do thanks to that

A 95% good voice upgrade has been obtained but vedal wants to go to 99% good. No return of WWTBAmillionaire. Inscryption was never mentioned again. b2 fad died. Chat continues to make solostreams horrible. Devstreams are now a triweekly stream.
Ultimately it's over. Vedal's focusing more on events than bread-and-butter content.
