Agree, but lets be honest, JP VA scene is far more nepotistic and brutal. Literally the same ~20 VAs voicing everything, including domestic and foreign games, all the gacha games trying to hire them etc. And 10 of them are in every damn product. No one else is able to join their clique. The new ones joining are 100% nepohires or kids of influential people.
